We go above and beyond to make sure your event goes exactly as you planned. We all have years of experience in waitressing, bartending and party planning. We take the stress off of your shoulders so you can relax and enjoy your event and we truly enjoy making your party a huge success. Bartenders show up 15 minutes early to discuss how you'd like your bar area set up. They bring their own shakers, wine and beer openers and a cutting board with knife to cut up fruit. They'll set up the bar area and maintain a clean and neat workspace. Theyll put the beer and wine in coolers and ice it, set up the alcohol and mixers, arrange glassware, straws and napkins (all provided by the client). If you'd like empty bottles recycled, they'll set aside a separate garbage bag for them. They'll clean up before the end of the party and break down the bar area. Waitstaff will show up 15 minutes early to go over a time frame of your party and how you'd like your food set up. They will heat appetizers and pass your appetizers, set up, serve and break down your buffet, wrap up leftovers, put out dessert and coffee and also wrap that up. They walk around constantly cleaning up dirty cups and plates and changing garbage pails that are full.
