Our communication with the owner of Tropical Twist was great. Everything was clear and easy. However, on the day of, there was a miscommunication between the employee bartender and us about parking and tips. With a little improvement on owner-bartender communication, we would rebook!

Wow, I’m not gonna lie. I was a little bit nervous hiring a company that’s not local. I’m so happy I went with tropical twist. They were very professional had a ton of patience with all my wedding guest highly recommend and the price was right our bartenders were so sweet. ????

Very professional bartenders - We provided the alcohol for the event and when the bartender arrived, they immediately started sorting and prepping all the drinks they were making for the day. They were also great with the crowd and kept a positive, upbeat attitude. I would highly recommend using this company.

Tropical Twist was an amazing service. They were affordable and the level of service was incredible. I used Tropical Twist for my 30th birthday party and had Jennifer as a bartender. She was so professional, sweet, and the guests loved her. She arrived an hour earlier than asked in order to make sure she had time to set up for the party. I will absolutely be using Tropical Twist in the future and highly recommend their services. Thank you Tropical Twist Bartending!

The bartender was over an hour late to our event. She was wonderful once she arrived and they were super helpful with putting together a shopping list, but since she missed almost half of our event, I would struggle to recommend this company in the future

My overall experience was amazing! I needed a bartender less than a week before my event and they were able to make it happen and at a great cost. I loved that they kept in constant communication with me and asked for detailed information about my event. The bartender was punctual, professional and very nice. I recommend doing the Bob Marley drink, my guests loved that one! I'm so thankful I chose Tropical Twist Bartending because they really made this process so easy for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

I was desperately looking for a last minute bartender to book for our vow renewal and tropical twist bartending came to the rescue. After submitting a request on GIG master Dwight called, he was patient and answered all my questions. He made the experience super easy. He sent over Elibett and she was very professional and got the party going by starting a game of musical chairs. We look forward to working in the future again.

Dwight was extremely prompt with his response to me and help with coordinating my event. The Bartender he sent was very engaging and friendly to my guests however the one thing I have an issue with is that she left without letting the host know she was leaving. Not a deal breaker but I felt she should have made an effort to personally say farewell to us. Otherwise everything was great and she was very professional and courteous. GPowery

The bartender assigned to our wedding reception could not handle the job from the get go. The one thing she did do was get her husband to get more ice and for that I gave her $80, so in total I paid $130 for ice! She lacked basic knowledge, skills to respond to requests from quests. She offered minors alcoholic drinks if they got parents permission. Left the bar area a mess. The guests were 90% industry people so were very generous in tipping so she walked with a huge pile of cash, but I would not recommend her and if she is representative of what this service provides would not refer or recommend to others.
