A performance artist through-and-through, Celestina is also a trained and seasoned actress, holding a Bachelor's of Science in Theatre Arts. No stranger to the stage, she has been dancing and performing professionally from the age of three. As a result, her stage presence is palpable and, when she dances, her joy is infectious. Celestina has performed locally as the house dancer for Nik's Greek Restaurant, dancing every weekend with a live Greek Band. Celestina has also appeared in many stage productions including Christmas in Cairo at The Kentucky Center for The Arts and with The Bellydance Superstars at The Clifton Center in Louisville. She has also performed for elite guests at Louisville's Churchill Downs for their Arabian Nights themed Downs after Dark party as well as Woldorf's Night on the Nile Benefit Auction. Celestina appears regularly for performances in Louisville and surrounding areas with her professional troupe, Real Live Actual Bellydance. She performs with Real Live Actual Bellydance at regional and local festivals such as Louisville's annual Worldfest celebration.
