The TALOOSE Group Big Band, is also know as the Musician's Warehouse Big Band, is comprised of 20 of the most talented musicians and vocalists, have been together since 2000. The concert book is composed of original charts from the Louie Bellson, Duke Ellington, Les / Larry Elgart and other big band libraries all arranged by top name LA and New York arrangers. No other band can boast of such a wide variety of original charts and arrangements that will knock your socks off. One of the purposes of The TALOOSE Group Big Band is to promote the legend and history of the big band jazz era of bands like Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey and the like. The TALOOSE Group Big Band has the original tunes and libraries of none other than the "... world's greatest drummer..." Louie Bellson and Pearl Baily and other contemporary musicians of that era. The TALOOSE Group Big Band is fortunate to have all original music from the Bellson Big Band library. With arrangements from Tommy Newson, Jack Hayes, Duke Ellington, Don Menza and Louie himself, you can't have a bad tune. The music is hot and lively.
