The band were really great- the musicians were fantastic and our guests loved them. However, communication with the band leader was poor throughout. I secured HHB many months ago, but a week prior to the wedding, Kevin tried to breach our contract by telling me he was finding it difficult to secure musicians for our party and he'd have to supply 4 musicians - rather than the 5 I paid for. The musicians should have been secured a long time ago. He then told me I was not paying enough, even though we had a signed contract. After the wedding, he wanted me to send payment via PayPal or Venmo (not Gigmasters), and now he's saying I haven't paid enough due to PayPal fees.

Sorry that you feel this way and felt the need to retaliate with this vindictive and harmful review. We are a very small operation and this is our very first booking with GM. I’ve done hundreds a of private party and I’ve *never* had so much difficulty with a client. The timing changes, several edits to the contract, and the lateness with the pay after services rendered, etc. I have no idea how GM takes care of the remainder of the balances; all I know is that yours was *late* and I had to email you several times to get paid. Wish I could turn back the clock and never accepted this gig as it caused so much more harm and stress than I could have ever anticipated
