I have moved over 50 business units from non-performing to goals all the way to top corporate performing companies. These accomplishments were done in bad economic times as well as good economic times. The best news is the people within these companies grew to advance their performances and careers. i use fundamental that were learned in life and developed while playing college football for University of South Carolina with a record of 1-8-1. The humor was part of a family tradition and added emphasis and memory to all events.
