Working with Viva Vegas management overall was great. They were responsive and persistent in making sure we communicated in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed we did not get the Santa they sent a picture of. I wish he had smiled a little more. I think that would have went a long way. He was on time and I do appreciate that. Overall I think I would use them again but I would make sure these things were addresses when I booked.

Tara came through for a last minute booking just 5 days prior to the event and sent Santa David who was a hit! Everything went smooth, so I am very happy! Thank you!!!
