I can't say enough good things about Joe Mixon! He literally created a virtual concert and season for my school during Covid! The children loved how engaging he was. The music is fantastic and I only wish we could have has them live!

Joe was terrific. It was an amazing cocktail hour + with the steel drum and Joe's music. The crowd loved it. It was perfect. We are so happy. Joe came early and set up and was very professional and easy to work with. 1000% recommend him.

Wow! I can't say enough about this band! Out party was especially fabulous because of The Big Wahu! They were so accommodating and at the last minute at my request, played an additional hour because everyone at the party was having so much fun dancing and enjoying the music! They even accommodated a friend of mine who enjoyed getting up and singing with the band. What a great group of guys and so talented. Talk about playing everything and working the crowd! All of my friends are still talking about how fabulous the band was and how much they enjoyed the music! I just can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with them. FABULOUS! Do Not hesitate!

I am so happy I chose Big Wahu Caribbean Band for our wedding. This group is exactly who I pictured for the big day. We had an outdoor wedding on the river and the caribbean music just made the reception great. They are very talented and accommodating! As a musician myself I needed the music to be perfect and it was. I hope to hire the group again sometime I enjoyed them so much. All the guests commented on their musicianship. I would highly recommend them for any event.

We got married in St. Thomas and had a Pennsylvania reception for 80 guests the following month. Big Wahu was easygoing and very accomodating. My guests loved their music and fun, laid-back style. They are both affordable and talented, which is a rare combination.
