High Energy is a dynamic island musical group formed in 1999 in Orlando, Fl performing Reggae, Soca, Calypso and Dancehall music from famous Caribbean artists like Bob Marley, Beres Hammond, Shaggy, Third World, Peter Tosh, Steel Pulse, Beenie Man, Destra, Burning Flames, Alison Hinds, Wayne Wonder, Sparrow…... The list goes on and on. We also do many crossovers with a reggae twist from Jazz, soft rock to country. High Energy's musical arrangement will captivate and take you on a cruise throughout the Caribbean islands filling you with energy and positive vibes from beginning to end.
We are well known for our Caribbean musical performance at restaurants, weddings, festivals, Caribbean carnivals, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year's Eve parties to name a few. Our professionalism, experience, versatility and flexibility enables us to easily adapt to any change at the spur of the moment keeping everything flowing smoothly while making sure everyone is having a great time. Whether laying back, relaxing and being serenaded or getting up, dancing and singing, we ensure that the event will be an unforgettable and memorable one. We cater to both the hosts and guests, taking requests throughout the performance and keeping everyone in high spirits.
Fitz is a songwriter, musical composer, recording artist and arranger. He was born in Antigua and left the island to perform on Caribbean cruise ships before settling in Orlando, Fl. I (Alison) was born in Trinidad and grew up in New York as a dancer, classical pianist, recording artist and singer. Our passion and love for music is exhibited throughout our performance filling the air with energy and positive vibes uplifting and inspiring our audience no matter the age, nationality or creed. We just released our CD "Dance With Me" which has sold over 100 copies and counting. Our fans and clients can't get enough of us that we are able to obtain repeated business from year to year as well as new business from either word of mouth or as a result of our performance.

High Energy is worthy of their name. Alison and Felix are fantastic performers and people.
They offered us a nonprofit discount and rocked our Reggae Night fundraiser. I wish we had 250 people there to witness how great they are.
Alison is a professional and was offering up advice on how to connect with the audience.
