Inspired by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, Chuck Jones, Al Hirschfeld and local Seattle legend, J.P. Patches, Michael Hopkins unique sense of humor and absurdity has been bringing smiles to the faces of those who understood humor and consternation to those on the receiving end of his biting visual satire. Michael has proven over and over again, that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword and there's a reason, it's called, "Caricature"! Whether it's in, Reno, Lake Tahoe or even Las Vegas, Michael will entertain at your private gathering or corporate special event, by drawing his "Quick Caricatures" of your guests. Unless otherwise requested, all caricatures are black and white (with a slight pastel background). Standard paper sizes are 9" x 12" or 11" x 14", however if you would like different size paper, just let us know. Drawing paper with your special event's name or company logo, can be used for the caricatures at an additional charge and must be requested 2 weeks in advance of the event. *A two hour minimum booking is required.
