Born in Los Angeles, CA, in 1985 and raised on the golden era of ’90s Saturday morning cartoons, I grew up believing that artists were cultural heroes—and I knew I wanted to be one of them. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. Art quickly became my way of connecting with others, expressing myself, and sharing joy through skill and humor. My professional journey began at Kaman’s Art Shoppes in the spring of 2008, where I landed what felt like the job I was born to do. That first year changed everything. It not only confirmed my passion for live caricature art but also surrounded me with a talented circle of creative, driven artists who inspired me, challenged me, and helped me grow—both personally and professionally. Some of these colleagues I am fortunate enough to still draw alongside today! I’ve since transitioned exclusively to private events. Being selected to draw at such special occasions is truly the greatest joy the universe can offer me.
