Welcome to Creative Plates Catering. We are a Catering & Event Staffing company based in Miami. We provide Full Service Catering Services, party rentals, wait staff and bartending services. We are registered and insured in the state of Florida. Certified with Food Manager Safety. Creative Plates Chef Daniel has always had a passion for food and cooking. He attended and graduated from Johnson & Wales University. As a young Chef he began catering for banquets and corporate functions getting extensive experience. He did his apprenticeship in well known restaurants receiving his Chef tittle, not much later he became Executive Chef of a fine dining restaurant and then had the opportunity to move to NYC to run a multi million dollar venue. Two years later in 2012 he moved back to his beloved Miami and opened his Food Truck business followed by a restaurant. He now continues to operate his Catering Company offering a diverse menu collected form his many years of diverse experience in several cuisines. We offer fine dining, continental ( American, Italian, Mexican, Latin and Mediterranean) as well as great Burgers and Sandwiches!
