Hello: My name is chef Gary, I have been a chef for about 40 years. I trained on a ship in Alaska. I retired in 1991 and moved to the central coast with my wife and two daughters. Since moving here I have owned 3 restaurants and started a catering business. I sold the restaurants and now focused only on catering. We are a family business, both my daughters work with me. I was trained to make all ethnic foods there is. We are also known for our great BBQ. We always try to pare your food with your theme. Our prices are unbeatable. We will always match or beat almost all price quotes. so if your looking for a simple BBQ or Thai or Indian food, there are endless number of things we can do. We also do great vegan and vegetarian dishes. We have won several local events on the central coast. Our shrimp and avocado ceviche won three years in a row at an event where there were 3-8000 people. We one another event that was a chowder contest, We made our famous new England clam chowder. We also won two awards at a benefit soup contest, one being peoples choice and a blind tasting. Our entry was a red curry & cauliflower soup. I have all of the plaques to prove our winnings.
