Our private hibachi chefs arrive with the grill, the food, and the propane, then cook dinner and a full fire show in front of your guests — onion volcanoes, flying knives, and the sake pour. Every guest picks two proteins from chicken, NY strip steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops or tofu, served with side salad, chef-tossed fried rice and grilled vegetables. Filet mignon and lobster tail are available, and vegan and gluten-free plates are no problem.
