Upon placing a catering order, Aramark needs to receive a signed event confirmation sheet and a purchase order. For outside customers, full payment will be required two days prior to the event. Events with more than 100 guests should be placed at least three weeks in advance to ensure adequate time to order the appropriate supplies and staffing.
