Spoon and Sprout is a 100% plant based catering company, with an extensive menu across different cuisines. Our menu options are quite unique and flavor packed. Our produce is mostly sourced from local farmers, freshly made to cater to your needs. Our menu is customized for each and every one of our customers based on their preferences - Soy Free, Nut Free, Gluten Free etc. We don't use any meat substitutes that are highly processed, and instead focus on fresh and mostly organic ingredients which bring out the flavor in the foods naturally.
