A love for food lies deep within the DNA of the executive chef at The Coach Eatery. They enjoyed cooking with their parents as a child, and their passion later grew through travel, where they savored the tastes and textures of many different cultures. These experiences, coupled with extensive professional training, makes them one of the most innovative and celebrated chefs today. We are proud to be part of a team of dedicated, talented people who truly love what they do. Although we come from different backgrounds, we combine our skills and experience to form our unique The Coach Eatery Co. family. A team of two brothers who came together during the pandemic and decided to put their life experiences together to create a new concept of restaurant. The CEO Jonathan has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, which within that time he has worked with fortune 500 companies, Google, Burk & Wells and many other popular restaurants. He has catered to congresspersons and businesspersons alike. Adding all that experience into this new concept and creating this new form of dining. The other brother is the CFO Alex who at the age of 19 joined the United States Air Force and worked with fighter aircraft all over the world. He served his country and gave all he could until it was time for him to take his leave from the military and start a new life as a civilian. During that time, he worked on himself and became an entrepreneur. His experience was more of the engineering side because of the military, with some administration after beginning his new life. Some might think “how can the cooking world meet the engineering world”. Well without the creative minds of engineers and the creative minds of those in the culinary arts we would all still be eating food made over small camp fires. During the pandemic the brothers came together and thought it was finally time for the restaurant industry to make a change. This was how “The Coach” came about. Taking a new approach as to how people think about how we eat. With a little of creativity amazing things can be achieved and that is what has been done here.
