Rebecca was wonderful and very professional. She played a variety of classical music, played the wedding march on perfect Q, and a lovely celebratory piece at the end of the ceremony. From the hiring, the contract, through the ceremony it was easy and everything went smoothly. We were very happy with everything!!

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic! Her playing was beautiful and she learned 3 custom requests for us that were just perfect. We received several comments from our guests on how wonderful the cello music was. We couldn't have asked for better music for our wedding ceremony. From initial coordination of the event, through the performance.

Rebecca played beautifully and on very short notice for a funeral service at our church. She was extremely responsive in the negotiaon and planning stage, and was prompt and professional on the morning of the event. I recommend her most highly!!!!

Arreaux Strings/Rebecca Shaw was great! She was stellar from start to finish. She was flexible and easygoing, yet entirely professional, and a great communicator. I would recommend her for any event. She had some lovely arrangements at her fingertips, but was also well versed in any classic and willing to learn anything out of her wheel-house. Thoroughly enjoyed working with her. A stroke of luck for me and my family! She really made my Mom's memorial service.

Rebecca helped us pull of a proposal in December on the Boston Commons Bridge in very unfit, cold temperatures. She made it abundantly clear that the temperature can and would probably mess with her cello during her performance, but that didn't stop her from playing. The proposal went off without a hitch and we're very thankful for her willingness to work with us during a very trying time (temperature-wise). Thanks again, Rebecca!

I booked Rebecca to help with my surprise proposal. It was a rather chilly and windy day outside, but she and her violinist counterpart played right on through effortlessly. Rebecca was wonderfully professional to deal with, she communicated quickly and efficiently. She was amazingly accommodating, as her performance for our event required that she move 3 times, which she did so very willingly! I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a solo performer.
