Looney's Fortune Reviews

Looney's Fortune was the perfect choice for our enchanted forest themed Halloween party. They were easy to communicate with, accommodating of our special requests, and even learned two new songs for our party- from Lord of the Rings! They really set a magical tone for the party. I love having music that fits the vibe and they were perfect and my guests loved the music. After they were done the dulcimer player kindly taught us a quick lesson about her instrument. Everyone at our party enjoyed Looney's Fortune! They played alot of different songs, were very good musicians, interacted well with the audience, and they were very prompt. We will definately hire them again if we ever have another St. Patrick's Day Party! Thank you!

It was such an incredible pleasure having Looney's Fortune play for our event! They were on-time, very professional, and just such a pleasure to have at our party. They taught us about the music, the culture, and even showed us how to play the dulcimer! They were wonderful with the kids (and the dog!) and everyone complimented us on finding such a great group. The music they played was perfect for our backyard Irish-themed birthday party--it was so entertaining and wonderfully performed, but still allowed guests to chat and mingle. WOW ! Thank You Georgiana, Patti and Matt ! Incredible musicians. Extreme talent but with such sweet and light hearted personalities. My guests were blown away and have insisted that I have them back again. They were very friendly and accommodating. They played requests and they also interacted with my guests. They answered questions about their instruments, about the songs and the history of the music. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will be happy that you did. They dedicate Star of the County Down to my 91y.o. Mom in the hospital. She saw it the next day and was beaming. Thanks A Million !
