Piping Thunder. Off-the-Wall Bagpiping Unicyclist Circus Performer from Pittsburgh, PA

Piping Thunder is a high-energy, off-the-wall circus-style bagpiping act based in Pittsburgh, turning “what is happening?” into instant smiles. This one-of-a-kind performer combines bagpipes, a hilarious pig costume, and an eye-catching unicycle designed to look like a giant chicken—creating a walking, rolling spectacle that guests can’t help but stop for and photograph. At The Bash, Piping Thunder delivers a crowd-pleasing performance that feels playful, interactive, and made for celebration. He can roll through the event while piping with big comedic flair, pause for reaction moments, and engage attendees throughout. With plenty of photo opportunities, he helps your guests laugh, cheer, and share content right away—building an unforgettable “main character” experience for your audience. Piping Thunder is also known for strong online buzz, including 1.5 million views across social media clips shared by complete strangers. He’s an excellent fit for street festivals, parades, parties, corporate events, and any occasion that needs a unique entertainment highlight with immediate visual impact and lasting memories. For added personalization, he offers branding options such as a backpack flag that clearly displays your logo, event name, or a “happy birthday” message in photos. For bookings, he can perform in multiple ways, including rolling in piping as the pig on the chicken-themed unicycle, piping at intervals and posing for pictures, piping while wearing the backpack flag, or appearing in a more traditional kilt on foot. He’s happy to travel beyond Pittsburgh to events across the region including Johnstown, Altoona, Washington, New Castle, Wheeling, Morgantown, Weirton, Youngstown, Steubenville and so much more!
