Professional Cellist Atticus Mellor-Goldman has over a decade of performing experience and is a member of the Air Force Strings, one of the premier military ensembles based in Washington, DC. With a Masters degree from Yale University, Atticus has received top prizes at international competitions and his performances have been featured on NPR’s "From the Top" and American Public Media's "Performance Today”. He has performed in prestigious venues all around the world, including the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall, and he regularly performs for the White House, Embassies, officials, and prominent foreign dignitaries around D.C. Atticus specializes in intimate weddings, private functions, and cocktail parties; focusing on crafting a sophisticated and personalized experience for his clients. Services Offered Atticus offers performances and/or background music specifically designed for to fit your unique event. He can play anything needed to fit your event at the highest level, whether it's light Classical, Pop music, arrangements of classics, or a performance of the often requested Bach Cello Suites.
