Jim is an extraordinarily talented musician, and he exceeded our already high expectations. At the end of the evening, he played a really special request from me, and the room went absolutely silent. All our guests were enthralled. The applause after that performance lasted a long while. I hope I have more events, so I have a chance to hear Jim play again. What an experience!

Jim Falbo was a true professional and helped make our wedding day beyond beautiful and special. I have great things to say about Jim's work at our wedding! My brother, a pretty unemotional guy, said that Jim's music during the ceremony helped to set the mood enough that it brought him to tears! If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is. Jim has a wide, diverse repertoire, and that made it easy to plan music for our ceremony. He was even able to ad lib between parts of our ceremony as a transition, too, which we hadn't planned--I was so appreciative of his ability to be flexible in our context. His playing was also a great backdrop for the start of our cocktail hour. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time listening to him as the bride!

Jim is wonderful. Very professional. He played during the cocktail hour of our wedding on June 2nd, 2018. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and talent. Even though so many reviews for Jim were related to weddings, I chose him to play at my father's memorial service, after listening to him and deciding that the string quartet option was out of our budget. I made the right choice! After discussing my Dad and his musical tastes, he put together a perfect play list that included classical guitar mixed with some of my Dad's favorite pop tunes. He even learned a favorite hymn and a special song by Joanie Mitchell that was not in his repertoire! Jim made the enormous responsibility of choosing this music easier. He was prompt, kind and so talented! He honored our Dad's life through his gift and I am so grateful. Amazing!

We hired Jim Falbo to play at our wedding cocktail hour and dinner. From the booking process through the actual performance at the wedding he was responsive, accommodating, and professional. Jim Falbo seemed was chosen to play for our banquet because of the fine music samples he has offered on GigMasters and on his website. His communication was prompt and professional. In person at our event he was charming. And the music -- oh, it was wonderful! This guy can play the guitar, and the room was filled with warmth, color, harmony ... Everyone felt special. Our group of 41 people had an exceptional afternoon, in large part due to Jim Falbo. He is a stand-out talent, and he has easily earned my highest recommendation.
