She was late. Unable to follow directions to location. Spent 25 minutes on phone trying to get her to event. Very frustrating! She offered to play longer but had the wrong time after confirming several confirmations and only played 30 minutes as the guests had another event.

Yes, I take full responsibility, but in my defense, it was a 100% technical malfunction of GPS. It was leading me the wrong direction, as you know. It told me that I "arrived" when I was still many streets away, at some gated golf club, and you kindly directed me on the phone and told me not to listen to the GPS which kept telling me to U Turn to the same wrong block. When I stopped listening to it and followed your directions, the GPS kept urging me to turn around and started to increase the time to my destination (saying that I was going the wrong way) but I finally ignored it, listening to your directions only, and that's how I got to the destination. So it was entirely a technical malfunction. Again I am so sorry, but I did offer to play longer and would have been happy to do it!

Dena Nesterenko was absolutely amazing. She was perfect in every way and our guests really enjoyed it. She was prompt, beautifully dressed and was so accommodating. She played exactly what we talked about and it was flawless….beautiful music and perfect in every way. I will definitely use Dena again. You can tell music is her passion and we were the lucky ones to have her in our home.
