Maggie the Clown, AKA, Nicole Portwood, has been performing for over 30 years. She began her career early in her teens and has never looked back. She loves every aspect of "show business" but most rewarding? The smiles of course! Some of her credits include touring nationally and internationally with Ringling Bros. Circus, working at both Disneyland and Disney World, and to date, entertaining at almost 5000 birthday parties. She also performs at camps, libraries, hospitals and schools. Additionally she teaches several classes a year at national clown conventions and camps as well as after-school enrichment, and extended day programs. Whether teaching clown classes or "regular" classes at the local elementary school as a substitute, she truly enjoys sharing her time with kids of all ages.
