PLAYBACK IMPROVISATIONAL THEATER is a troupe of actors that takes stories from the audience and spontaneously "plays them back" in a wide variety of creative forms. PLAYBACK is not only comical, but can be very poignant and thoughtful depending on the story told. For over 15 years, we have performed at birthday parties, theme parties, anniversaries, wedding receptions, memorial services, retreats, charitable events, festivals and various types of conferences. PLAYBACK consults with clients first, then tailors its performance to the type of event. PLAYBACK is especially perfect for celebrating guests of honor from kids to adults because audience members can share their favorite thoughts or memories about the special person(s)and see them "come alive" before their eyes with wit, dramatics, poetry, props, movement and song. PLAYBACK also offers a unique service not offered anywhere else. Upon request, PLAYBACK will write and perform a short play about your guest(s)of honor, group/business, conference topic, or any subject of your choosing.
