(Electricity will need to be provided by host.) It's instant entertainment. You provide the space; backyards to rooftops, we can sling jokes wherever you’ve got chairs. Show runs 50 minutes. Our stable of comics are seasoned, fun, and ready to party. With advance notice our comics can: - Work clean - Write jokes about someone in the room - Razz your uncle in the front row Our comics are Los Angeles locals. Any events outside of the 30-mile LA film radius will also require an additional travel expense for all comics. A LITTLE ABOUT US: Thalia Comedy produces female-forward standup comedy shows. We started doing backyard shows in Lincoln Heights, CA during COVID and then moved inside when we landed a monthly showcase in Glendale, CA which ran for three years and booked LA’s biggest headliners. At the same time, Thalia Comedy ran a weekly open mic at The Glendale Room which garnered national attention by USA Today because of how much fun we made it to be in our audience. Thalia Comedy has since toured to multiple states, performed to sold-out shows, and built a stable of working comedians who love to bring the fun.
