10 stars! From day 1 this company went above and beyond. They had the best priced quote and sent me lots of details. They were on time and brought a birthday gift for my son and stickers for his friends. Elmo had all ages dancing. My son's face when he saw the life like Elmo walking in the yard was priceless. Elmo was beyond my expectations. He danced, did limbo,took pictures and organized singing happy birthday. He even sat with my son at the table while my son ate cake. He followed him around and made my son's birthday truly a personalized experience. There are a lot of companies that claim they are the best but I can tell you cool characters really is THE BEST!

I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful experience my daughter had! Having Minnie Mouse come to her party proved to be amazing for her. I also want to thank all of your staff who made the planning and the day of so easy. A few clicks and texts and all was booked! It was a super hot day in July and Minnie handled herself beautifully. My daughter still tells people Minnie came to her birthday. That's pretty special for a 2 year old. Thank you so much. I won't hesitate to call you again for the next party. Keep up the great work ??

Minnie and her handler were awesome. Minnie was gentle and engaging with the one year old birthday girl. She was particularly attentive and patience with a young guest with special needs. I highly recommend her.

Thank You! My Grandson and his Guest had a wonderful Time from the moment Mickey walked through our front until he left was very entertaining and very involved with the kids. I would go through Cool Characters for all our Birthday Needs. Very Professional !

We had Elmo from Cool Characters come over to our son's birthday party. My son and all his frens LOVED playing and dancing with Elmo. And it was a talking Elmo. The event was a big hit because of Elmo!

Fantastic! We scheduled Paw Patrol's Skye for my child's birthday. Cool Characters was easy to work with from beginning to end. They were punctual and brought their own music, starting with the Paw Patrol theme song for a grand entrance. The did a great job meshing their activities(limbo, dance party) with thoses of the facility(parachute, obstacle course). At the end of our time, kids were sitting down to eat but Skye kept dancing to the music until the end. Kids and parents loved it. And the costume was one of the better ones I have seen. Cool characters exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely look to them in the future. Highly recommended without hesitation.

They were wonderful. They took time to let the little ones get accustomed to the characters. Would recommend them to anyine who is loooming to rent them.

I can't say enough how wonderful our character visit was. Cool Characters was professional from start to finish. Our visit from "Elmo" truly made this birthday party special. The guest at our celebration raved at the performance. It was appropriate and definitely exceeded our expectations.
