Fantasy Kids Parties Galore is a great company to hire for characters for an event. They were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They arrived a little early making sure they would be dressed in character and ready to go for the time it was planned for. They were amazing and Barney costume was not cheesy. Barney was of a great quality costume looking exactly like Barney. We were extremely pleased and enjoyed the entertainment. We will definitely be using them again. My daughter loved them so much she took a few business cards for herself and her friends who have young children. We highly recommend them!!

When they arrived the Performers needed to get dressed and we’re very rude to two of the guest when they were leaving I will not recommend them or use them again

I don’t know what happened. I spoke to both employees separately and the both said they did not speak to anyone at your event, all they did was change did the event and left. Maybe your two guest have them confused with someone else, You said the performed well and interacted with the guest well. The two just don’t go together. Rude behavior with excellent service. It had to be some kind of mix up, the two ladies been with the company for 4 years and I never had a complaint on either of them, they are two of my best employees. Don’t know why it wasn’t reported to the mod that was with them.Awards & Badges
