I was extremely dissatisfied with the requested Mickey character. The appearance was not engaging, I had to ask Mickey to engage more with the kids as they lost interest within three minutes of the character being there. They did not have a routine act, stayed in one place, and did not mingle with the children. Myself, and the host, had to intervene, to come up with ideas to engage children. Mickey had to take a water break after 15 minutes of arrival. Was late due to traffic, and did not show interest in the kids at all. Overall, we could've done without Mickey. The party still would’ve been a great celebration. Will not use again!!!
