Kids Party Mascots:
While it is unfortunate you didnt find our service to your liking, please see below. 1. You didnt pay for facepainting. You paid for simple face painting stencils, explicitly stated via text message, that we will ONLY do simple face painting stencils and NOT facepainting. You are referring to a service you didnt pay for. 2. If they were rude to anyone at your venue, you wouldnt have given them a $60 "tip" in addition to the remaining balance. Being rude usually doesnt earn a "tip". 3. They stayed beyond the time you paid for. They're on time, with every item needed. The contract was for an hour yet they stayed for an hour and forty mins to compensate for a lack of preparedness on your part. Telling your drinking patrons to not touch the person sweating bullets in a hot costume should be a reasonable request. Again, its unfortunate you didnt find our service to your liking, but a 1 out of 5 is predatory behavior. Have a nice day.Review by Dominique L.
