Elmo(played by Jose) did a great job entertaining the children. He was enthusiastic and the kids and adults warmed up to him quickly. He was timely and professional. Michelle was also very good in coordinating and value was good.

The whole experience was very pleasant. The character theme we used was Peppa Pig and the costume was great and our entertainer was pure delight for my daughter and her guest at the party. She was extremely attentive and interacted with them as of she were a family member. I've had a bad experience with a previous entertainer I booked in the past (not this site) but I'm very pleased to say this booking was a hit. Thank you very much for the professional service provided for my princesses party.

Superman and Wonder Woman were just wonderful, the children just loved them and had so much fun. I would definitely recommend them to other parents that have upcoming children's parties.

Batman did a pretty good job. Had child appropriate music danced with the children and gave out party favors. The problem with the appearance is he showed up to the front door out of costume. He had to be taken to the garage to change. For a dozen excited, inquisitive children this does not make for a realistic showing. Had I not intercepted him at the porch the event would have been less than adequate. However, he was hardworking and tried to please. Advice; tell Batman to drive to the event in his costume and put on his mask and cape before he arrives. This is the only professional way way to handle an appearance.

So the costume is really nice quality but that's all I can say that is positive. Given the choice I was promised temporary tattoos instead of balloons but got only balloons, the entertainer was here only 45 min including dressing time and the "party bags" had non kosher lollipops after I specifically stated we are kosher only! I paid the full amount but I definetly did Not receive what I was told and promised. I am truly disappointed and will never order them again!

Kids Party Characters booking was a very disappointing experience. About one week before my grandson's birthday they let me know that they couldn't comply with my agreement to appear at 4 PM on 5/20. I had to scramble to find another Elmo performer. They did not offer help in fulfilling my timeframe and only offered me times that were not within the event time. They also said I wouldn't budge on my requirements when they refunded me my full payment through Paypal. They tried to make it appear that I wasn't flexible. Very unprofessional.

I apologize we are unable to fill all bookings made a week prior. We do have a schedule & only so many entertainers to fill all the bookings. If a client cannot budge by 30 minutes I apologize we cannot cancel prior bookings to adjust their schedule. We work on a 1st come 1st serve basis. I encourage clients to book in a matter that is at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure you get the time & character you desire. We are however in the process of hiring more entertainers for our demand has grown at least 10 times since we opened. Again do not wait a week prior to your event & expect any company is able to fill it. We love making children smile & it's a pricel

He was great very welcoming he can as baby shark and my daughter had so much fun as did. My nephews made my daughters first birthday so special for her an I you guys made it so easy to book I’m happy I found company that is reliable with great performers I have bunch of nephews that were there I ask performer what other characters he can do and can’t wait to have him again as superhero as surprise for them thank you again for all you guys do keep up the great work

The professionalism of the performer was good, but what was disappoint was the abililty to perform for the kids. I believe they should be more energetic and I was expecting more then one character. When the ad mentions a team I believe it was more then one. The face painting was also simple and not as good. The kids were somewhat dissapointment with the face designs.

Olaf was amazing and made the kids laugh and have a good time. Unfortunately Elsa was a no show and caused some kids to be disappointed. Especially because the birthday girl shared with all her friends that Elsa would be coming to her birthday party. Heartbreaking to see the little ones so disappointed because Elsa did not show up. I did get a refund for Elsa, but the damage was already done.

It was not what I expected my son was very disappointed the characters I specifically asked for did not come prepared they looked fake and not prepared at all. I wish there is someone directly to complain to. It really saddened me to see my sons face of disappointment ??.

The Batman character was great. He really got into character. He came in we gave him a space to change and when he was ready he came out full of energy. He was really detailed and hands on. He assisted in every way possible. We didn't have to ask or instruct him to be in the forefront of what was going on. BThis character came in did a great job and we did our best to acccomdate him. I appreciate his efforts to please the children and make sure we were satisfied.

The performers did not arrive at the hired time of 6:00- 7:00 pm( the cocktail hour of the wedding). The company had no idea why the performers didn't show up. They scrambled to find other performers that finally arrived at 8:30. The children were cranky and ready to leave. I missed the entire cocktail hour on the phone and waiting for the performers. The eventual performers that arrived did a nice job but the amount of stress put a damper on it.
