More About Brad Making his way from the small town of Gander, Newfoundland to Canada's country capital of Calgary, Alberta, Brad Saunders is what country music has been waiting for. With unparalleled grit and an unrivalled mastery of musical entertainment, Saunders has relentlessly persevered in his pursuit of continual success in the music industry - dazzling audiences with his own unique blend of bravado and his natural ability to command a stage with his high energy live show. He may have only released a handful of singles since his 2014 debut, but Saunders has already begun to make his name a staple in the industry, having shared the stage with the likes of Aaron Pritchett, Dustin Lynch and Thomas Rhett. With his debut performance at the Calgary Stampede, Saunders has gone on to perform on some of the top stages in western Canada including the 2018 ACMA Awards (where he was nominated for Male Artist of the Year and Single of the Year), Country Thunder, Big Valley Jamboree and Sunfest Country Music Festival. In late 2017 Saunders' hard work finally came to a head when he was crowned with the top prize of Alberta Music's Project WILD artist development program ( 100,953.00 ) Giving him the resources to take his career to the next level, Saunders splits his time between Nashville and his home of Calgary to write and record with some of the industry's best. Much of Saunders' time and proceeds from his music go directly to helping those in need and supporting his chosen charities. In 2016, Saunders hit the streets for 72 hours to experience homelessness while donating time to shelters, handing out food and busking to raise funds for the Calgary Homeless Foundation. The following fall, he conceived "21 Acts of Kindness," a campaign that had him raising $35,000 for local charity Little Warriors, donating a guitar to a student at Forest Lawn Elementary School and making & delivering lunches to school children in need.
