Frequently Asked Questions: What are your basic technical requirements? - We need a performance area/stage of at least 10' x 12' that is level, flat and hard surfaced. We require a regular 120v/2400w outlet for power. Do you provide your own sound and lighting equipment? - Yes! If you don't already have a production company; we can be completely self-contained and bring everything needed for a performance of any size. We conveniently have several different size'd sound/stage/lighting packages available to fit your event needs. Can we use your microphones? - Yes, we can provide our microphones for any speeches, announcements, ceremonies, awards that you may have. Can you DJ playlists? - Yes, we can DJ/play recorded music before, after and between our sets, including cocktail/dinner hour, end of the night dance music, etc. We can provide our own playlists that fit the vibe you want or we're happy to let you choose the music! How many band members do you have? - It depends on what you want according to your type of event and budget. We can perform as an acoustic solo, duo, trio; or full band (four-seven piece). We usually have drums, bass, acoustic & electric guitar, male & female vocalists and can also include fiddle, pedal steel, dobro, keys, etc. What are your typical setup and performance times? - We normally arrive 2-4 hours before the performance to set up and sound check. We normally perform 1-5 hours with sets ranging from 45-90 minutes with 15 minute breaks. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best. Do we have a say in what songs you play? - You and your guests are more than welcome to give us requests, as we know roughly 400+ songs ranging in all genres and decades. We usually feel out what your crowd is requesting or responding well to, and then make our set list up as we go! Can you perform outside? - We’re happy to play outside but we ask for coverage from direct sun and inclement weather, especially during peak summer months. We can provide our own coverage if discussed prior. What kind of events do you play? - Just about everything, big or small!
