Houston Ave. Country Band from Lemoore, CA

Houston Ave is a country and classic rock cover band from Lemoore, California. We play country music. Mostly because we’re good at it, but also because we’ve already bought all the hats. Our setlist covers more than six decades — from Merle Haggard, Hank Williams Jr. and George Strait to Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen and today’s country, with enough classic rock, southern rock and blues mixed in to keep things interesting. We play weddings, corporate events, festivals, rodeos, community celebrations, private parties, casinos, clubs and pretty much anywhere somebody has enough room for a drum kit. What are we like live? We’re not big on choreographed shows or pretending every song is the greatest moment of our lives. We play good music, talk to the crowd, take requests (we also ignore requests), and generally try to make the night feel like a party rather than a performance you’re supposed to politely watch. Need people dancing? We can do that. Want classic country while everyone drinks and talks? We can do that too. Want Free Bird? Unfortunately, we know it. Behind the scenes, we’re considerably more responsible than our stage show suggests. We communicate clearly, show up prepared and on time, and work well with event planners, venues and production crews. We understand that when you hire entertainment, you’re trusting us with a piece of your event — and we take that seriously. For events that need continuous music, we can also provide DJ-style music between live sets and additional event support depending on what you need. We’re based in California’s Central Valley and regularly travel for the right event. We’ve performed throughout Central and Northern California, the Central Coast, Sacramento, Santa Rosa, Lake Tahoe, Reno and plenty of places in between.
