James was an absolute blast. He put on a great show. The whole process of booking and interacting with James before the event was flawless. We Initially had him booked last year, but had to cancel due to covid. He made it easy to rebook him this year on the date we wanted.

We had James Carothers and his amazing band to our home for my husband's 50th birthday party - I recommend them to the highest degree! Not only professional but incredible talents! Loved all of their songs - from Waylon and Willie to their originals - "Back to Hank" is an instant classic! James has a sensational voice, and all the musicians were of the highest caliber - from the fiddler to the keyboardist to the guitar player. We feel very blessed to have had them in our home. True stars!

We were thrilled with the James Carothers band. Our themed corporate event for 5000 people was very successful in part to the talent and professional James brought to the event. We had some very specific special requests and songs and he provided them flawlessly. The audience was cheering for more! We would gladly hire them again and strongly recommend them.
