Smokin' Ham is a 8 piece Country band featuring Pedal Steel Guitar, Fiddle and Keyboards in addition to the usual instrumentation. All of this backing up one of the purest voices in the state of Ohio provides you with Nashville Quality Music at Local and Regional rates.
We play 50 to 80 shows a year and pride ourselves on the fact that since 1988 we have never canceled or missed a booked gig.
Smokin' Ham arrives at your event in a 40' Coach and then utilizes their state of the art Renkus-Heinz PA system to achieve a "perfect" sound at volumes pleasing to your ears.
When the band starts, you'll quickly understand why our clients like to say "these guys have more fun than any band I've ever seen". Our fun on stage translates into pure entertainment for your clientele. Our blend of authentic instrumentation for the genre translates into a "realistic" live performance of your favorite songs and our professionalism translates into the feel of a $10,000 show for just a fraction of that cost.
Check out The Smokin' Ham Band and see why you need to book early to get the date you want! As you listen to the "Live" recordings below please know that these are all recorded live with actual Smokin' Ham Band members. We do not use studio demos with studio musicians and fancy fix it tools to try and impress you.

Festival•Reviewed on August 16, 2014•From Bucyrus, OH
This Band is simply Awesome. They played in our Beer Garden at the Bucyrus Breatwurst Festival both Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday night Aaron Tippin was performing a free concert one block away from us. The Smokin' Ham Band packed our Beer Garden and held the crowd during Tippin's concert. These guys are that good. On Saturday night the word had gotten around town just how good this band is. I had to add addition help just to keep up with waiting on customers. If anyone is looking for a band you can;t get a better one than these guys. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best I rate this band a 20 ! Thank you for making our event a huge success.

Wedding Reception•Reviewed on May 2, 2015•From Webster Springs, WV
This band was totally awesome!!! We hired this band to play in a small town in WV, and they went to the EXTREME to make our Wedding Day very special!! All of the staff were very friendly....including Oscar!!! We plan to have them play in our hometown back in Texas next year!!! I highly recommend this band, if you wan to have a fun and enjoyable evening!!!
Oh and case you did not know, it is very hard to find a REAL COUNTRY BAND these days. This band has a fiddle player and a Bass player!!! That right there is real country!!! Thanks again Smokin' Ham Band..you are GREAT!!!

Fundraiser•Reviewed on January 17, 2015•From Mount Vernon, OH
After reading the reviews before hand, I am in agreement. I had hired the Smokin Ham Band to perform a concert for a local Fraternal Order Of Police fundraiser. Each and every member is very talented and enjoyable to watch. From the unbelievable vocals to the fantastic instruments. I am now hiring them for future gigs. If you want to listen to some great country music, these guys are what you what for your entertainment. I highly recommend them.
