The best country groups become families after about a million miles of highway shared, the best songs are lived out sooner or later, and the musicians and their fans feel like they know each other, because they actually do. The White Saddle Band is one of these groups. Functioning as a unit for the last 29 years, the band has played all across America's heartland at clubs, concerts, festivals, private parties, and any other event that requires the best of new and old country music infused at times with R&B, the blues, and straight-no-chaser rock and roll. They have shared stages with some of country's biggest names, including Asleep At The Wheel, Charlie Daniels, The Kentucky Headhunters, Alabama, Travis Tritt, and many others. Their set list ranges from Kenny Chesney to Keith Urban, from Merle Haggard to Toby Keith, and from Elvis to Jimmy Buffett, with the occasional original tune thrown in for fun. Their reputation precedes them around the Midwest and the same venues and municipalities often book them year after year, sometimes a year in advance.
