Gerald "Smitty" Smith One Man Band from Paradise, CA

I go by the name of "Smitty". I play a 12-string guitar and sing country and popular songs from the 40's, 50,s, 60's and 70's. I am largely a balladier, performing songs by Frank Sinatra, Merle Haggard, The Bellamy Brothers, Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Marty Robbins, Jim Reeves, Inglebert Humperdink and many more. I specialize in small venues, and have my own equipment. Currently I am performing in assisted living facilities and churches. I do Gospel shows of up to 1 hour in length, featuring country-gospel and more contemporarty gospel. Soon I will have the addition of an electric drummer to help with fill. Since 1968, I have performed in clubs from Orange County, CA to Sitka, AK. Sometimes as a single, and sometimes with 3-5 piece band. I usually play bass guitar when working with a group.
