Jarrod Sterrett and The Hired Guns have been called Texas Country, Honky Tonk, Outlaw, Red Dirt, and Classic Country. They have had four singles hit the charts and are available on Spotify, itunes, CD baby, Google Music and YouTube music. The band is best known for their stage show despite having two albums released along with singles on the Texas Regional Radio Report. When they are not booking through gigmasters, they keep their schedule full playing the bars and festivals on the Texas music circuit. As you can imagine they stay busy so book plenty of time in advance. Jarrod is a country boy if there ever was one. he grew up working with livestock, hunting, and fishing in the river bottoms outside Jefferson Texas. he got a guitar for Christmas his senior year of high school and taught himself to play. He moved to Huntsville for college and Where he put a Honky Tonk band together and established a reputation playing the local venues. Now they are one of the top Bands in the state of Texas.

Jarrod Sterrett and The Hired Guns were amazing!!! They were so sweet and accommodating and even left a signed ball cap for our silent auction. They sounded awesome and we loved it! It was fun seeing Jarrod line dancing in between sets woth the crowd. They are first rate!!
