The Charles Grace Band (CGB) is a Funk and Soul cover band from Columbus Ohio. The Charles Grace Band combines the essence of soul n funk and funk to bring you the best in dancefunk . CGB is here to restore your faith in music. Our band digs deep, mines a rare groove and elevates your soul. Imagine a movin', groovin' record collection packed with sounds from across the spectrum – a solid soul review, the roots of funk and classic soul and funk . That's just for starters. Let the rolling bass and fatback drums move you to the dance floor while you immerse yourself in the chinking guitar riffs, crisp horns and soulful vocals.
The Charles Grace Band is working to become Central Ohio's premier dance ,Soul, Rock and Funk band, bringing not only the music, but the legendary live performances of a classic showbands to the Tri-State area. Bands CGB covers songs from the 70's, 80's ,90's and today. We even have a few original songs in our tool kit. And we also CAN INCLUDE the very BEST in a Professional Sound System with premium stage lighting, and our Professional Sound Engineer, and emcee / DJ if required for your event.
