About Vendor

Learn more about this vendor for your event.

Island Breeze can play solo to four piece and provides a wide mix across all genres and decades from 40s to today! We also can provide Hawaiian luau entertainment (dancers, drummers & fire dancer) to take your party to the next level. Treat your guests to a memorable time of great music and journey to paradise!! From Glenn Miller to Maroon 5 we have something for everyone. Wear your Hawaiian shirts and join our Ohana (family)! Mahalo and Aloha!!! Island Breeze started in Oahu, Hawaii at the Turtle Bay Resort on the famous North Shore. Band founder moved to Maryland and rebuilt the band to focus on your favorite dance music with some Pacific Island flair mixed in. We occasionally pull out the ukulele and pay tribute to Braddah Iz as we present the “unofficial” anthem Somewhere Over The Rainbow! We like mixing in some island reggae as well as mainland and Caribbean reggae. We’re equally comfortable playing Hank Williams juxtaposed with Kenny Chesney. Got you covered with some 40s swing, 50s rocking around the clock, 60s Motown, 70s disco and classic rock, 80s Bob Marley to Men At Work, 90s Electric Boogie to Boot Scootin Boogie, 2000s Zac Brown to Darius Rucker…to get you on the dance floor and keeping you there! Whether we provide a soloist for intimate settings or full band at the yacht club or festival, you’ll get the same quality mix of listening and dancing music. We love keeping in Hawaiian tradition and wearing matching Aloha shirts as a band and encourage guests to follow suit. Music moves the soul and the Aloha spirit creates the relaxed atmosphere. We facilitate both and are passionate about giving our clients the experience cultivated back in Turtle Bay where you can lose yourself in the magic of enchantment. We can also kick your event into high gear by providing dancers to take you on an imaginary tour of Polynesia as they demonstrate dances from the beautiful cultures of Fiji, Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa, Tahiti and Tonga. Our floor show option will give you and your guests an interactive experience as you learn greetings, geography and dance moves from the tropical paradise known as the South Pacific. We also have an audience participation segment to get guests up to learn a simple dance. We highlight the program with the daring and breathtaking fire dance from Samoa (venue permitting). Throw a real luau and your guests will not forget your party! A memorable time is the goal and we’ll help you every step of the way with our decades of party planning and execution experience. We are the Pacific ambassadors. Our leader is an appointed Commissioner to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan in his Office on Asian Pacific American Affairs and strives to bring Pacific Islander cultures, music and lifestyle to all he comes in contact with. Thanks for supporting the minority Pacific Islander demographic…it is greatly appreciated! We are also affiliated with Meki’s Tamure Polynesian Arts Group which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes Pacific Islander culture and initiatives. They welcome any donations (tax deductible). Aloha and we look forward to a great event with you!
