The ROMANTICS FOR LOVERS PAST PRESENT & FUTURE specializes in creating magic moments and excitement. We are after all ROMANTICS! WHAT DO WE DO? The ROMANTICS are offered as a quintet, quartet, trio or even duet to be more economical and intimate. We are standing by for your Wedding entertainment or to serve as cover band. We focus on Your day your way and take pride in tailoring our performance to fit your needs. As you will see from our videos we are great as a Jazz, Rock, Latin (Ameriachi) or Cover Band, Beach, Americana, Zydeco and Traditional Jazz Band. WHERE HAVE WE PERFORMED? The ROMANTICS are favorites with the Jazz Club of Sarasota and performed their Jazz Festival. We performed at Woody's River Roo in Ellenton and St. Valentine's day at Captiva Island. The ROMANTICS served as the House band at Coolinary on Main Street, Sarasota and Amore by Andrea, Longboat Key. We have performed at a variety of venues including , Tampa Museum of Art, Ringling College of Art & Design, Hilton Downtown, Tampa, Ybor City, Z's on Main Street, Harbour Island Tampa and Fat Tuesday at Duval's Fresh Seafood. I have also served as sideman for many regional bands and acts including NuJazz (Smooth Jazz, Second Line, R&B), Stone Crab Steve (Beach, Blues, Rock), The Hoo Doos (Louisiana Jazz, Blues, Rock), Nexlevel (R&B), Democracy (Reggae) and Smash (Rock). WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT? Experience has taught us that the primary genre you need from a party band for hire, is sometimes just not enough. A Wedding live band often requires music for 3 generations. Versatility is a valuable and challenging quality for your band to have.
