We were so fortunate to have this band perform for our Reunion and Party. Had folks dancing and having a great time. Set list was great, and the performance was outstanding! Highly recommend.

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding and reception thanks to Running With Scissors! They played a fantastic mix of songs and we danced the night away with out friends and family. They went above and beyond to make our day full of memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and we look forward to hiring them again for future events! -Kim and Josh

We hired Running with Scissors for my sisters 60th surprise birthday party. The guys were very professional, showed up early for setup and stayed a little later than expected. Short breaks. The crowd was very pleased with the song list. Could use a few more Springsteen choices as that's my sisters favorite artist. She's a hairdresser so the name won me over. Overall everybody had a great time and I would highly recommend Running with Scissors for your event.

We had a great time at this event; it was a very amiable crowd. We were unable to put together more Springsteen songs because we only learned about their request a couple of weeks before the gig and we didn't have enough time to rehearse more of that material.

Great band and great guys. 100 percent satisfied. They even stayed a little longer than they needed to just because they were having a great time. They also learned a song for us that was somewhat obscure and it sounded great! Would highly recommend

We loved having Running With Scissors for our outdoor event. They were able to read the crowed and play music that kept people dancing until the end. Band members were very nice and adapted to our needs. We look forward in having them back in the future.

Running With Scissors played for our annual St Paddy's Day dinner and dance. The acoustics in our hall are not conducive to making live bands sound very stellar, yet they were able to overcome this problem and delivered 4 glorious hours of very high quality music. It's not often that I have heard a band play for us that I could truly say I could identify almost every song within 2 measures, yet I quite often could identify the song in 2 beats! Unlike other bands, they did not play at one level (loud), but let the instruments and arrangements of the music dictate the proper levels. Their music was fun and very danceable. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Running with Scissors was totally awesome. They played a great 4 hour set. The songs were energetic and they kept my friends dancing to great cover songs of the Classic Rock era all night long. I WILL be rehiring these guys again for my next Summer Luau Party!

Running with Scissors performed at the Portland Rock N Roll Marathon. THey were great with communication especially since this is a very time sensitive type of event. The marathon runners loved this band. I would definitely recommend them for your next performance!

They guys were on time, set up quickly and helped to get all of our guests up and on the dance floor. Playing at a farm is not an easy task, and they made it seem like it was something they did every day. When we have our next party, they will be the first that we call. The made our graduation/birthday party a night to remember. They rocked.
