SkylineLights is a party band providing live music for weddings and special events. Featuring some of Philadelphia's most sought after vocalists and musicians, SkylineLights is comprised entirely of full time, professional musicians. We take our craft seriously, and we cherish the opportunities we have to share our talents. All of the members of the band have toured nationally, some internationally, and have decades worth of experience playing weddings and special events of all types.
Elliot Garland, the founder and bandleader of SkylineLights, is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles Pep Band. He has worked with several events bands and companies in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years. In addition, he has worked with a variety of artists including Saleka, Lauryn Hill, John Medeski, Bakhiti Kumalo (Paul Simon), Dice Raw (The Roots) and many more. He brings his experience and love of performing to SkylineLights and has formed a band that encompasses his passion for people and live music.
