The Decades Band Cover Band from Austin, TX

Band Bio (duo/trio): Diane Tropea & Don Hubbard are the core members of The Decades Band, usually performing as a duo or trio band. They have done over 800 shows in greater Austin as The Decades and have been performing together for over 10-years. They deliver popular multi-genre cover songs from many decades with accompaniment. Besides easy listing, their music is also known for getting folks up out of their seats and dancing. The Decades brings a high degree of sound quality and professionalism to every show and their guitarist routinely adds additional accompaniment lead instruments using a guitar-synth. During any given song you may hear a mix of lead Guitar; Trombone; Clarinet; Organ, Accordion, Flute, Vibes, Trumpet, or Harmonica whatever the songs require. And if you just want a little larger band sound, they have an option for adding a 3rd band member generally playing Sax. This versatility means their music can easily be adapted to match the type of event you are planning, and most any theme or vibe you have in mind. You can be assured they can provide a show that will entertain a wide range of music tastes and age groups. As always, the band goal is to deliver a musical vibe that makes your event stand out and be memorable for both hosts and guests. Solo Performer (economy option): Don Hubbard also does solo performances, delivering the same multi-genre music with or without vocals, for most any type of event. And you still get that multi lead instrument accompaniment that is the signature sound for their larger band but at a single performer price.
