The Volcano Cats Rocked our Elementary School’s Family Dance. Everyone loved their exuberance and energy they brought to the venue. Kids were enthralled with their seven year old drummer and his expertise. Music from the 90’s and early 00’s was amazing. You would be so lucky to book Volcano Cats for a gig. Keep an eye on young Joe the drummer. He is going places. Thank you Volcano Cats for all your hard work. Our community really enjoyed your show.

Absolutely Amazing Band for Kids' Parties! We hired this incredible band for my son's 5th birthday party, and it was truly the highlight of the day! The band featured a super talented 6-year-old drummer, Joe, along with his dad—and they absolutely stole the show. My son wouldn't stop dancing, and guests kept saying over and over that it was the best party they'd been to. They were extremely communicative leading up to the event, arrived early to set up, and were beyond professional. They were kind, fun, and so great with the kids. I can’t recommend them highly enough—if you're looking to make your child’s party unforgettable, this is the band to book

If you were lucky enough to catch Volcano Cats at the recent Thursday @ The Avenue in Downtown Alameda, you witnessed something truly electric. This band doesn't just play music—they ignite the street with energy, charisma, and pure talent. Joe,their 6-year-old drummer (Yes, 6!) was nothing short of phenomenal, keeping perfect time with style and confidence well beyond his years. The guitar playing was masterful, the vocals soaring and soulful, and the setlist? Flawless. People literally stopped in their tracks, drawn by the magic. A fabulous, unforgettable performance from start to finish! I'd give them 6 stars ;-)

We recently had the pleasure of hiring the Volcano Cats, who brought incredible energy to their stage, and the real showstopper? Their drummer, who was six in April of 2025, absolutely crushed it! The Volcano Cats sound tight, their classic rock set-list had the crowd pumped, and the vibe was electric from start to finish. People couldn’t stop talking about how talented (and adorable) their young drummer was. Definitely a performance to remember! We hired Volcano Cats for an elementary school birthday party and they rocked! They brought a pro sound system (and played festive music before and after their set), All the kids and adults were dancing, After they finished playing, the drummer (age 6!!) let kids in attendance test out his kit (and even provided ear protection for the littles). Great band at a great price. The Volcano Cats are a professional quality party band! Obviously they're a hit for kids' or family events (kids get super inspired seeing someone young on stage), but they'd be a great band for pretty much any event where you want upbeat, danceable rock n roll.
