"Funk" refers to Highly talented and entergized; these musicians offer couples and their guests, a day to remember wtih music that touches the heart! Legendary lead guitarist Don Lott, has grown up with music since he was a young boy. Using his experience and passion, he has formed Citywide Funk, a collective group of seasoned and gifted musicians that play all over Houston. From R & B to Rock, Country, and Modern hits, they are ready to entertain you all night long with your favorite songs! Citywide Funk has played all over the Houston, TX area from Sambuca's to B Jiggers (Holiday Inn) , Hotel Moran, Moody Gardens and Kemah Boardwalk. We do quite a bit of private parties from Birthdays to Engagement Parties, Weddings including Rehearsal Dinners, Christmas Parties, Voter Result Parties, BBQ's, Corporate Events and Banquets. We enjoy involving the crowd in their music and can been seen dancing and singing with our guests. Returning Events: Centerpoint Corporate Entertainer 2 years in a row, Lady of Guadelaupe Festival 3 years in a row, City of Houston Corproate Events 3 years running from BBQ's to Christmas Parties. Houston Rodeo BBQ. Upon request we have additional musicians available for additional $ - Violinist, Brass Section and Saxaphones.
