Comprised of some of the finest and funkiest talent you'll ever hear on or off Frenchmen Street), The Bayou Royals are the antidote to the slew of generic, corporate-run, cookie-cutter, “NOLA Style” bands that have recently bought their way to the front of the line for private event work in the legendary New Orleans music scene. The members of The Bayou Royals are the same musicians you'll see on stage at the biggest festivals, local clubs, and street parades of our great city. Whether you want joyous brass band sounds to get a dance party started, or some graceful (but always swingin'!) acoustic jazz to set the ambiance for a classic derby party or anything in-between, we are happy to work with you to make sure your event is every bit as special as you envision it. Our goal is to have every one of your guests asking you: “where did you find such a good band??!!”.

Best band ever. Best birthday ever. I knew I had found the perfect band when I saw their playlist had both The Meters and Outkast. I had never hired a band before but they were so helpful and sweet even tho I asked a million dumb questions while trying to organize everything lol. 5 STARS *****
