We are an award winning 7-piece Wedding/Corporate Variety dance band based in Denver, Co. With male and female lead singers, we cover a huge selection of songs. All band members sing lead and backup vocals. We know how to pack a dance floor! If you love variety, this band is it! Our song list includes over 200 songs from the 70's up to today's biggest hits and we take requests! From Classic Rock, Motown, Top 40, Country and Disco to Jazz and beyond ~ we've got something for all ages and tastes of music! We can configure our bands from 3-7 members to fit your musical tastes, venue and budget. We also can offer up 2 other bands comprised of members of our 7-piece band. The Lite Blu Trio/Quartet Perfect for the cocktail hour and dinner. Featuring Dave Camp on sax and flute, Bill Stephens on keyboards and Byron Dudrey on bass guitar, this trio can go from contemporary and standard jazz to current hits and beyond. Add our lead female singer for our quartet. The Blu Rose Dance Band The Blu Rose is our Alter-Ego band. Comprised of 6 current members of the Deja Blu Variety Dance Band, we cover the classic songs from th 70's-90's with a touch of current hits. If you love the sounds of acoustic and electric guitars blended with tight and powerful 3-4 part vocal harmonies ~ check out our play list! From Classic Rock, Motown, Pop, Disco, Country and beyond~ We've got something for all ages and tastes in music. AND we take requests! When you hire Deja Blu, you can expect a packed dance floor all night long, guests commenting that Deja Blu is the best dance band they've heard and how much fun they are having. Most of all, you will have memories that will last for years to come. We are independently owned and managed. Our band members have been playing togetther for over 15 years. We not NOT an agency. We are NOT a build a band organization with a stable of musicians who get sent out with charts and directions. Working with you and your planner, Liz, our manager, will coordinate the music part of the night, creating a timeline that includes song selection, dances, cake cutting, breaks, toasts and any other special requests. She will then emcee the entire reception ensuring that everything goes smoothly and you can have a stress-free night! We strongly suggest that if you have found the band of your dreams, hire them as soon as you can. Colorado's top dance bands tend to book out fast.
