Chinua is great. He was easy to communicate with and responsive from the beginning. He was thorough and thoughtful and answered all questions promptly. He arranged to go see the event space and be sure he had what he needed in advance so all would go smoothly. He was receptive to input about the music and used our suggestions to guide a playlist that was perfect for our event. He was also flexible, staying late at the party when we went over time (which was probably also due to his fun DJing, no one wanted to leave!). Chinua is also super nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We hired DJ Chinua Unites for our recent fundraiser and he was phenomenal. In the lead-up to the event he was incredibly communicative, organized, and easy to work with, which made planning smooth and stress-free. Chinua Unites is an incredible DJ that brings passion, energy and an overall positive vibe to your party/event. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful to create a custom playlist that encompassed a wide range of music and multiple genres. While he had never DJ'd a Bat Mitzvah previously, he listened to our vision and incorporated and made the most amazing experience for our party. He was able to get kids and adults dancing all night and left the crowd asking for more. He brought great vibes, and never said no to anything. We will be 100% using him again whether for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, birthday party or corporate event I know Chinua will crush it!

We love DJ Chinua Unites! We brought him back for a second time to DJ our winter fundraiser gala, our biggest fundraising event of the year. Chinua Unites was, as always, communicative in the lead-up and made sure to include music that fit our event objective: to keep people happy, moving, & donating! He was also very receptive to the changes in our programming, pausing for speeches and announcements, and worked well with our saxophonist and aerialist. We couldn't recommend him enough!

Chinua absolutely killed this event! He called before the event to evaluate the vibe we wanted to set for our holiday party. He made suggestions to ensure we were on the same page when I requested "90s & 2000s hip hop." Day of- he arrived early enough to set up and level set before guests arrived. He also specifically said that he'd be open to any requests. Our event also involved pickleball, and Chinua was a pro in managing balls flying in his direction while keeping the mood high. While my aux works fine for small events, players made sure to comment that what a difference a real DJ made! I'd gladly have him out every week if we could.
